Impound Information

If your vehicle has been impounded, the registered owner must present valid insurance, registration, and driver’s license to claim your vehicle. If you do not have a valid license, you may use another government-issued photo ID, but you will need to be accompanied by a licensed driver. Impound fees are paid in cash. 

Although we provide 24-hour service, our impound offices are open Monday thru Friday 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. to retrieve vehicles.
