Texting While Driving Leads to Tow Company

This driver in the auburn truck paid a visit to a neighbor and a tow company was needed. It could have been anybody, as its very easy to ignore the law while driving. This driver wasn’t cautious and ended up driving up a driveway and into the side of this house.   Fortunately, no one was hurt.

Our one ton, tow truck easily removed it and placed it onto a waiting flatbed.  Byers Wrecker wants to use this inconvenient accident to remind everyone to simply be careful out there.  Texting and driving might seem to be an innocent crime, but bad things do happen. Pull over or simply wait.

The Byers dispatch team was called about a truck that had ended up hitting a house in a neighborhood near Clarkston, MI and needed a tow company. Based on the situation the Byers Tow Company thought a tow truck and a flatbed would remedy the situation.  The tow company team drove out from Byers Clarkston location to the house with the accident The tow company team member exited the tow truck. He closed the tow truck door behind him. The tow company team member walked from the tow truck to the truck that had hit the house. He then consulted with another tow company team member about what to do.  The tow company team member pulled the tow truck closer to the crashed truck. They then released the winch and towing cable from the tow truck.  The walked the tow cable to the truck.  He attached it to the frame of the truck.  Slowly, he winched the truck away from the house. The tow company team member pulled it one foot away. He then pulled it two feet away. Finally, the truck released from the house. The tow company team member removed debris from the accident.  He then walked over to the flatbed. The tow company team member opened the door of the flatbed. He then started the engine. The tow company team member pulled the flatbed up past the truck. He detached the winch from the flatbed. He walked to the frame of the truck and attached it. The tow company team member then walked back to the winch switch on the flatbed. Slowly, the tow company team member winched the truck one foot. He winched the truck two feet.  He winched the trucked all the way to the ramp on the flatbed. The left tire of the truck, hit the flatbed. The right tire of the truck hit the flatbed. The tow company team member then moved its way up the flatbed another foot. It moved up another foot. Finally, the truck came to rest. The tow company team member jumped onto the flatbed. First, he secured the left front tire of the truck. Next, he secured the right, back tire of the truck.
